2. Can i order custom socks?
We are not doing custom socks at the moment. But, please feel free to reach us out on our email email@example.com We will try our best to provide socks that suit you or your team.
3. How can I check my order status?
After placing your order, you will immediately get an email with an order confirmation number. If you are as impatient as we are, you can feel free to use this number to check the status of your order at any time here on our website. Also, keep your eyes peeled for a shipping confirmation email.
4. How do i cancel my order?
If you want to just cancel your order for your own reasons, we request you to please send an email as soon as possible. If your socks are not dispatched, we will give you a refund straight away. If your socks are dispatched, then please send them back to us. We give a refund for the socks only, if they are dispatched. (Sorry about that!)

We offer reasonable shipping rates to Australia(No Tracking). However, if you are looking for tracking please select the tracking option during your checkout.
6. How do i find about the recent DISCOUNTS and offers?
The best way to find about our offers is to like us on Facebook and follow us on Instagram. We update our page with the recent offers. However, you can visit our page to find out the recent offers. We offer number of offers every now and then, so please keep an eye on our social media platform!!?
7. How does the return policy and exchange work?
Please send us a picture of the damaged socks through email, and send it back to our address. Socks cannot be washed, worn or tried while returning. If you want to exchange one pair with any other pair, please send it back to us and pay for the delivery and extra amount. We will send the new pair of socks to you.
8. Do you offer gifts?
We have our own gift box where you choose three pairs of socks of your choice and select two chocolates and email us with the details. That’s all! Your gift box will be sent. Alternatively, if you want just one pair of socks only, we can send it in a gift wrap with a small note in it! So, choice is yours.
9. Do you have gift cards?
